robot backup required

Hello all,
             Can anyone give me a robot progam backup(.jbi file) of ES165 robot ( NX100 controller )with pedestal gun and track axis.
Total axes 6+1+1(robot+base+station)

hello.
you might have such backup CD in the box of nx controller . normally the seller put them this documentation. if you don`t find, you must contact the area representative to ask him for one, but only for the base backup, whitout any program, only the manufacturing data.
