Hello paoloju

Welcome to the robot-forum

1321 Overcurrent and 1322 Regenerative trouble

Are the two robots together ? I think when one has the 1321 the other gets 1322 because they are wired to the same source AND there is a problem with the power or with the wires

I believe these LCD handling robots have the XRC controller.

1321-
The alarm data on the teach pendant should tell you what axis has the problem.  Investigate wiring on UVW motor power conductors for failure.  Other solutions include replacement of motor and/or amplifier.

1322-
Could be defective converter.  YEC will need to know other data associated with the alarm - bit pattern or SV#.   Does alarm occur at or near step / position in robot job?  Slowing robot speed down may resolve this error condition.  But if this has been running same jobs for many years this can't be source of problem.  Contact YEC for service.
