Currently we are using NX100 robots. A number of the our teach pendants' Touch Screens are not functioning. We could perform almost all tasks by using only the keys except resetting a collision alarm.

Anyone knows the answer, kindly assist.

I had the same problem in a past -but using interlock + select (I don`t remember exactly how) or something like this is possible to go under menu and clear alarm-Are You try different key combination?

With the General Purpose Display Area as your active area, hold the Area key and press the down cursor.  This will move the cursor to the Reset box.  Press SELECT.
