I have a robot with a MA1400 DX100 MRM2, but my S1 axis does not move, it's the alarm of 'servo track' as if something physical was preventing him from moving, and reboot already, drop your cables and I called again and not forward, released the brakes to try mobile, but it still fails. My suggestion is that the brake is released it is not 'off' when I turn on the engines and try to move it, and it occurred about 2 days ago, and I could not figure out the cause. Has this happened to someone or know what I can do about it? Thank you!
* ps: all other external axes 'S1/S2' including the robot itself moves perfectly.

I had a similar issue but with the robot T axis in HP20, NX100. I checked the mechanical drive for free movement, motors, power and encoder cables, connectors, replaced the SGDR-AXA board and the T-axis drive but the problem still remained. Finally , I replaced the NTU power on/off unit and things turned back to normal. Before trying all dese, I would suggest you to check for mechanical hinderances, analyze the maximum shock detection level of the affected axis , if within limits, you can temporarily try to disable it or increase the detection level and then check. Also check continuity of power and encoder cables if possible.

in the brake cable does all your external axis connect to the same wiring or in different?

Try the manual break release on the pendant.  You will need two people.  One to press the buttons on the pendant, the other to move the axis.  If you can move it there is no mechanical binding and you will have to start looking at the motor or encoder wiring.

Go to ROBOT, MANUAL BRAKE RELEASE.  A box will pop up asking "Manual Brake Release, Operate."  Touch on YES.

Cursor to the axis you want.
Hold the enable switch in the middle position (servos will not come on).
Press and hold the INTERLOCK button.
Press and hold the SELECT button.

The bullet for that axis will turn dark indicating the brakes are released.

Let go on any button to re-engage the brake.
