what is P.P. hold?? why does it take place?? and how it can be removed?? p.p. hold occurred many times in my robot, and for that i have to reboot my panel completely. plzz help....

Hello , I assume you have MRC , there is a Hold release button on the PP which means Programing Pendant
& Hold means stop ,
! with servo power  still on.
You should be able to resett this hold situation by pressing this button, if you can't then check for a deformed membrane  ( careful about removing you might need to use again) if not button then check for cable breakage 200mm approx . From where cable enters PP.

Fabian , no significance just trying to explain what hold means , if some one cannot identify PP Hold where do you start & stop with explanation without writing a whole manual.
