I have an NX100 pendant where the touchscreen seems to have lost it's calibration.  I need to press above the button in order to activate the button.  Does anyone know how to recalibrate the touchscreen?

Thanks.

Hello Guy,

Is possible calibrate the touch screen, not normally, or work or not!!!. The best way is repair, or change P.P. For calibrate
you need one software version in C.F card (this software only Motoman Have), you keep the keys (2),(8) and High speed hold on, and all the green leds lift, after you have another procedures for calibrate, but not possible if you don t have the software.
The best way is clean with neutral soap the screen or disassembly and check the conections in T.P. Not normally problem with calibration. For more information, you find in the manual HW0480783.0 (Europe). I dont know how take the software actualization of Motoman. Maybe the best way is contact Motoman.

Turn off the controller, clean the screen with a soft lint free cloth.  Pay close attention to the edges where dust and spatter can get built up.  Most of the time this takes care of any calibration issues.
