Which manual can I find this info?  OR better yet a quick run down here would be great.
I lost a U axis and can't find any directions in the manuals that I have. icon_confused

Which robot type ? What manuals do you have ?

SK6 manipulator.  I have a lot of manuals for both controler and manipulator but still haven't found the mastering proceedure.  Our unit had the motor connector torn off and a local motor company is seeing if they can do a temporary fix,  I have a used motor being shipped in from ohio right now.
