How can I output the contents of an M register to external outputs continually? The problem I think I will have is converting a word to 2 bytes in the concurrent io. I have seen W#00000 in the concurrent io manual but do not know how to use it. Is this similar to OGH#0000 where you half the byte, but instead double up to make a word?
Thanks for any input you can give.

I think you got it.  In the ladder use the MOV instruction to move the contents of the M register to a Word output.  The address you specify will be the 1st group and the next group will be automatically included.

To have this instruction executed constantly, use the address 70017 for NX and DX.  This is control power on relay bit.

So, you would do something like this

---||-----------MOV

---(70017)---- MOV W#00010
