Hi, what is contained in the CMOS file?
I need to use a timer to monitor the cycle time of the robot.
What education do I use?

The Cmos.bin file contains everything in the controller except the operating system.  All job, parameters, tool data, user frame data, variable data, etc... are in this file.  Since it's a binary file it can not be opened with a text editor and be read.

To monitor the cycle time, looking at the job content, touch on display, then cycle time.  The cycle timer will start when the green start lamp turns on and the timer stops when the green start lamp goes out.  You may be to put the controller in cycle or add a temporary Pause instruction somewhere.

puoi printare il tempo ciclo su IF panel utilizzando un registro (Ex M001) gestito nel plc

Ciao Alessandro ti ringrazio. Visto che hò trovato un ragazzo italiano ne approffitto per chiederti se posso creare un socket di comunicazione per il DX100 senza dover pagare licenze particolari...grazie molto
