Dear sir

We have installed a HP3 robot with vision system.  Robot is equipped with NX100 controller.  The application is running fine, but we have error No 4124, wrong execution of VI frequently.

What is the reason for the problem?  Can any one help

I have seen a similar alarm on an XRC controller.  It was caused by a lose of communication with the camera, due to a faulty power supply on the RS232 to Ethernet converter.  Hope this helps.
