I got same mistake on NX100. Problem is in powersupply.
Inside of powersupply in NX100 are two 80x80 fans with regulaction of RMP. At first you can try replace by new, but it should be same model.

On the XRC, the fan is actually located at the top of the CPU rack (the XRK01).  You have to remove the CPU rack to get access to the fan.  It should be located directly above the Control Power Supply (CPS-150F), that has the green and red LED indicators...

This fan is present in the control Box and is called the Control Power Supply Fan with part code as CPS-420F.
This is present inside the controller(in the rack where you can see indications for Power, 24V, etc). If the Robot is continuously working for more than 8 hours with this fan in OFF condition, then you will get a major alarm which can be reset only by cycling power.
