Hi,

I want to know how to define constant welding speed for profile welding in R1+S1=S1 group.

If i want to keep contant welding speed for entire profile what need to be done in teaching.

Try using the 4 key to change from MOV to SMOV.  This will remove the speed from the external axis and allow the slave (robot) to control the welding speed.  You should only use this SMOV command between your ARCON and ARCOF.

Hi,

       I had used SMOV command for welding positions, even after doing this I  am getting problem in Relative speed between Robot and positioner.

First.....just asking.....the headstock is correctly calibrated to the robot ? Huh? .....if so......
there are quite a few parameters.....both user and yaskawa that must be set to maintain posture and speed control....
I have in the past.....just had to go thru the manual and looked at all the parameters

For me It is very easy to overlook the first move in a weld (the line just before the arcon). Be sure this move as well as all the other moves in the weld have the "S" prefix. The "S" prefix is also needed for reference points, shift comands, weave comands,or COMARC camands.
