i m facing the problem that my nx100 robots are completing their cycle but not making the welding anywhere on the job. and a line is coming on the bottom of pendent, which reads CHECK MODE.
if i go through setting....it shows-----UTILITY--SETUP SPECIAL RUN--CHECK RUN-VALID.....and i m not able to make check run INVALID....
just help me out plzzzzz.........

more details please.
what type of power source you have?
do you tray in play mode or teach mode?
send a example of program.

If I remember correctly, I think you need to be in play, not teach, to change from Valid to Invalid and vice versa. I think under the Edit drop down there is a Cancel function as well.

You must be in play mode and not running the job to make a change.  if you push hold button it will take the robot out of running.

Also, if the PLC is turning check mode ON then you will not be able to toggle manually.
