Hi Robotfellas,

The problem did occur after we unfortunate removed the C-MOS battery from the robot, when it was OFF, it seems as it have deleted all initializing files, and come with below ERROR: ALARM 0210
MEMORY ERROR(SYSTEM CONFIG-DATA)

Robot UP6, XRC 2001

How do we restore the files, please advice

re-initiaze the system. power on with the area buton  push.. and initialize the system.

Hi, and thank you for the qick reply

When I try to initialize (in the initialize menu), It seems that it cant find the initialize files? I think they are damaged or...

Can anyone help with these files (Robot UP6, XRC, 2001).?

I have many manuals to trade with liebe024

posible is necesary to re-init. the all files, thats meen to transfer the system from a memory card to the robot...

Hi and thanks for the comments

I have now initialized the robot (we hired a Motoman technican)

But i now the the ; Alarm 1325 (communication error encoder)

Is this usually triggered by the cables, connections or the encoder on the motor?

Hi,

It is on the T-axis, but it come and goes randomly,  I think i will buy a spare T motor and try to repalce it
(i just hope it is easy to install)
