I have a huge wait statement (monitoring bunch of inputs). I wanted to divide this into multiple lines for readability, but never got around to know what the character for next line is (ala _ in VB) Now after adding a couple more inputs to the wait, I get line too long error. I need to fix this now.

something like this:

wait (dioInput1 == true) or
          (dioInput2 == true)

Sorry, VAL3 does not have a line continuation feature. We compile each line of VAL3 individually as it is loaded or edited. If editing and you make a syntax mistake, VAL3 forces you to fix the mistake before leaving the line. This would make it very difficult to split up a line.
