Hi there,
I'm a MS student and there's an old RX90 in my room, this robot have not functioned for 2 years, there was a problem with hard disk that university staff decided to change the hard disk(actually the ssd drive),but when I came there the problem still exist,as I mentioned the problem was with the hard disk controller , any way now the controller can boot up,as it was mentioned in the documents with config_c I programed the nvram correctly,But when system boots up there are error messages:
S90_STD.SPC .D ........
*OPTION NOT INSTALLED*
*ROBOT MODULE NOT ENABLED*ID: 14
-------------------------------------------------------
on the 030 board the green ok led is only on
on SIO board green ok led and red ESTOP
on MI6 and ACB all red LEDs are on
the front panel fault is always on when the system is turned on
Can anyone guide me how to find out what's the problem ?
Thanks

It seems you miss a license in the NVRAM. The missing license blocks the use of the robot module.

Did you change the hard disk only or the complete SIO???

Please check what licenses are installed using config_c --> Controller NVRAM --> Display NVRAM contents. Is there a license for the V+ version you use??? Is there a kinematic modules option installed??? Or do you use AdeptWindows for the communication to the controller and you have no option for this???

Thank you for your answer
They have changed only the hard disk before I came here.
I reconfigured NVRAM with Config_C myself
Now in the NVRAM contents it shows:
CURRENT NVRAM DATA...
MODEL: ADEPT MV-19
SERIAL NUMBER: 3305-1330
OPTIONS: V+ VERSION 11

Thank you again.
Best regards

You have only the option to use the V+ version 11. You need also a kinematic modules option to run this stäubli robot.
Because of the missed licenses you get the error messages at the startup.

Do you still have the original license sheets that were shipped with the system? The licenses are base on the controller S/N. If you have a license sheet for S/N 3305-01330 you can install the options from the sheet using the monitor command install xxxx-yyyyy-zzzz,
where xxxx-yyyyy-zzzz is your license code. After rebooting the system should work.

If you don't have the original license codes for this S/N you should contact Stäubli.

But please tell me, why did you reconfigure the NVRAM when you changed the hard disk? This is not necessary.
