I just got had to swap output addresses because the first seemed to quit working. Is there any way to replace the relay contacts or do you have to replace the whold board?

SIG 43 was turning on vacuum. It would not work, although the LED in the back of the controller cycled on and off. I moved the wire from 43 to 48 and it is working fine. Fortunately, they used a variable to point to the output location, so changing it was easy.

Hi

I guess your controller is equipped with an IO extension rack located at the back of the controller. This rack can contain, if I remember well, up to 4 IO boards.
On the output boards, each channel is fuse protected. You should check if the one four output 43 is not blown.

regards
