Has any body experience to do a Remote MCP,  in a PC plataform, like scada or visual basic, or c++, to allow the en user, without MCP conected to the controller CS8C of the robot Staubli with version of val3 higher than 6.0.
If it's possible, is possible  to move the robot in manual mode from the remocte MCP if the controller has the remote working system?

Thank's in advance for your help

What kind of communication way do you use or plan to use?
CS8C is compatible with any fiedbus(CAN/PROFIBUS/DeviceNet/Modbus) and with serial or ethernet communication. But regarding the remote MCP mode, a Fieldbus communication is much more prefered.

Where are you from ? send me mail if you need more info.
