De curind am pus in functiune acest sistem de sudura robotizata .
Sistemul cuprinde:
-Robot Fanuc Arcmate 120i+axa externa pozitionare piesa in post de sudura
-Sursa de sudura Fronius TPS3200
-Sistem de control a pozitiei INDRAMAT pentru schimbarea celor doua posturi
-Controlul este asigurat de un PLC Mitsubishi
-Sistem de comunicatie Profibus intre componente

Pistoletul este Fronius de tip push pull ,pentru comunicatie robotul este master in raport cu sursa si slave cu sistemul de pozitonare .
Ca sa fie totul si mai complicat am un PLC  FX3U Mitsubishi ,un driver INDRAMAT iar pe masa de pozitionare doua unitati 24 In /8Out Siemens si robotul Fanuc asta pentru prima retea profibus .
Pe ceea de a doua robotul Fanuc master si sursa Fronius slave.

configuratie buna. nu ma bag la Fanuc .. dar e ok.
