Hi Guys,
I am getting a pinhole at the end of a weld. I have checked the gas and the weld angle etc and all seem correct.  I have tried modifying the crater current and the timer on the crater settings but with limited success. The pin hole is always in the same position ( at the end of the weld right about where the crater is formed. I am welding 1.5mm material and have a Tawers welding plant  on a TA-1900 Panasonic robotic welding arm.

Thanks in advance

You need to change your arc end sequence. (lower the amps and volts) If that don't work changing the angle of your torch would do the trick.
