There used to be a system call Pana-align made by panasonic that was basically an auto tcp cailbration device.  I am not sure if they still sell it.  I will check into it on Monday and PM you if I find anything out.

To be honest, its not my favorite option I've used over the years.  Are you having problems with your tcp getting bumped alot?  Are you running a panasonic torch and saftey torch holder?

There is also an adjust tcp software function.   Basically you trace to a reference point; then touch up that point so the robot tcp meets the reference point again and do a TCP adjust.    The option is already included  in your robot.  Its an X-Y-Z offset, but it really is a band-aid for other issues.

I also am interested in the Panasonic TCP auto compensation system. We have a situation where the customer has requested we provide full control over our TCP every production shift. I am aware of the ABB bullseye system and wonder if Pana provide something similar, or if anyone has created a home-made bespoke TCP compensation system.

Thanks in advance
