Please help Alarm code OTC DR4000.

Hi All
Please help me correct Error For OTC DR4000..But it not run Auto mode . it show too many Error ….so I don’t have any documents about it.On screen is version Chinesse. I don’t know how change Language.So Difficult to operation it.
If Any Ones does it or have Any documnents please help .

I seem to have this inquiry coming at me from several different quarters.
quick run down on DR4000 controller
three types of problem displays
E  = error ,  A = alarm ,  I  = information
the displays I have been sent are -
A 50601 -0100 >> Problem with Asolute data -should be reset
A 50502 -0010 >> Arm is out side start enable area (because of former alarm this could be in error)
I 40201 -0200  >> Welding Power supply is not conected
I 60201 -0000 >>The yearly inspection is due.
A 11105 -1200 >> I don't have this one ,however, A11103 refers to Asolute encoder data again.
Please advise are you importing very old robots from Japan & trying to refurbish for resale?

Hi if your problems are this
A 50601 -0100 >> Problem with Asolute data -should be reset

A 50601-0100 You have lose zero robot y must execute abso reset and after setting

A 50502 -0010 In system parameter you have activate the option start enabled area you must disabled

I 40201 -0200 the welding power source is switch off this not important for automatic mode

I 60201 -0000 You delete this information if you want but not important for automatic mode
