I have otc dr-3200 robot, and there have been few times that robot was not working for a couple of weeks. So every time I started working again a got battery low alarm and I had to reset encoders and do ABSO Offset again by alignment marks. When I do visual alignment I can’t do it perfect and I can easily do it wrong by 0.5 millimeters on every axes and because of that I have to reteach every point by 1 or 2 millimeters  or more.

If I don’t want to this every time the robot it turn off for a few weeks It has to be always turned ON(not just plugged in wall socket) . Am I right? This is not very economical.

I have positioner to. see picture

Need some help with this.  thank you
