Please can you help me. I have error 00051 on robot. I change IPM drive unit in controller and now is robot ok. But do you know how to repair fault IPM drive unit? I need use it for another controller. Thank you very much.

I think your robot does not communicate a servo motor...

siturations:

check cables
check encoder voltage
check motor encoders

and finally replace motor.

- Check the power supply
- Check the power module

If you don't found the problem, you can contact an electronic repair center.

Strange.....IPM drive unit very strange.

Which axes is broken ?
if you open the ipm unit you have 6 module of power I think you have problem there.
