We have an Intellitek robot with the ACL Controller B at our college. The software we are using is Scorbase. The robot has started to have repeatablility issues.
Axis 2 seems to change continuously its' positions during the program. It is very noticable when picking up a part. The robot will move lower and lower with every program cycle until it eventually crashes into the conveyor.
Tech support blamed in on the belts, we send it out to have it fixed. However, the problem still exists. My guess in encoders. Any ideas?
Thanks a lot
Hille
