There are few program stored in memory but not for controling the table. The person I bought it from told me that in program P000 is for turning the table but it was empty.
Is there any way I can find out witch output I have to use for turning the table.
thanks

Are you sure it is not tied to the robot controller. Check to see if the mech. button toggles between mech 1 and mech 4. If it doesn't chase the wires off the relay card on the door.

Good Luck

What is the usual way to operate the turning table. Is it used only one relay for turning the table or two relays for turning for each side.

There are many ways to operate a table. You can use a servo motor that is controlled by the robot. You can use an external servo controller. You can use pneumatic solenoids to control an air cylinder. It is infinite. Post pictures and I'll help you figure it out. Take a picture of the table, the turning mechanism and the relay card inside the robot controller.

i have found out witch input ports are used for each side of the table(I001 and I011 for one side and I002 and I012 for other side). So I am able to write different programs for each side of the table. But i have to manually turn the table after the job is done. Still don't know how to operate the table automatically. I have some photos.  thank you

OK .
You can controll rotation with TP of the robot you must change the mechanism with push button MECH, but if you want change the table you must know which output of robot start the rotation table, and inputs such as telling the robot is on side of robot and if the table is locked
