Kobelco paint robots

Hello to everyone. Did you have any experience with Kobelco paint  robots, or could you please lead me to some documentation on the net. These are pictures of teaching pendant screen, and TP overall. What's happening when we power up we only get this operating system message (from picture), we are not able to move anything, servo drives are not activating (everything looks electrically proper). My guess is because of lack of system software in this robot, I wasn't on the site, but I got those information from friend of mine who went there. So I would be really thankful for any help.
