I worked with PANAROBO AW8010 four years ago.
AW7000 should be older than AW8010.
Maybe the controller is same.
Try this

on controller
Power ON > TEACH(F2) > New PGM No_ > Tool No_ > now you can Teaching by TP

on TP
[TEACH OK]key(the LED turns ON) > now you can moving robot with [AXIS +/-]keys (RT,UA....),
maybe you must press and hold [ROBOT AXIS]key for [AXIS +/-]keys to operate.
in teaching you also need
[COORD. SYSTEM]key to select CARTES,TOOL,ARTI coordinate system .....
[SPEED H-M-L]key to select the operating speed of robot
[SPEED +/-]key to set the speed more specifically
[WIRE +/-]key to feed the welding wire
.....

if you want to store teaching points,
[STORE]key to save air-cut points and Arc-End point
[WELD STORE]key to save welding points
before save point ,
make sure you select the correct action (INSERTING),use [MODIFY]key to change(CHG-INS-DEL-SPD......)
and you need [PATH]key to select the interpolation (Linear-Circular-Weaving-PTP.....)

......
