help me cancel Error for Osacom 8700 and PANA 010A .

 :help:please help me .Our robot  can't turn on servo ,chose code manipulator G01,V10....V40 it's  show Error -16803,-16802 .When I turn on power on screen show caution "memory subordinated".I don't known what can I do.
And more PANAROBOT     AW -010A When I turn on power on screen show this ERROR  ' comunication error 99'it's can't  do it anything.

            Communication error   ( 99 ... No communication after the main switch is turned on.)
Cause : Communication error between the main CPU and the teach pendant.
Recovery : Turn off the main switch and then turn on again.
                 ( If the robot is still in the abnormal condition,contact customer service...)

If you can make a backup. Do it! Then format the memory. You can do this by holding the Black arrow > key and the X+ key when you power it up. Then it will ask you for a code ( call Daihen for the code). After that you will be in the initialization screen. Hit the alldat key then confirm. problem solved, but everything will be erased.
