Hi all,

I have a problem with a CRS C500 Controller, when I want to send it to home position I got and error "047 Checksum failure"
the CRS manual say this "The desired item of memory (program, location, variable or calibration data) has changed in some unpredictable way."
Somebody knows how can I fix the problem???
or have electronals manuals for this controller?
Regards
Dave

HI DAVE,

I'VE BEEN HAVING SOME PROBLEMS WITH THIS ROBOT TOO. I DON´T HAVE ALL THE ROBOT MANUALS, DO YOU HAVE THEM ALL?? I´VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THE "RALP II PROGRAMMING MANUAL". IN THAT MANUAL, THERE IS A HUGE LIST OF ERRORS AND HOW THEY CAN BE FIXED. PLEASE IF YOU GET THEM LET ME KNOW. YOU SHOULD GET IT IN ORDER TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. THIS LIST IS LOCATED IN THE B APPENDIX OF THAT MANUAL

REGARDS
