you can not easily find the errors in manuals. What sort of alarms do you face? Please share...

28694  11-DRIVE OFF  Safety gate or Emergency STOP
       Cause:
The input n. 4 on the SIM board is low. This means that the safety
gate was open or a remote emergency stop was pressed.
       Remedy:
Close the safety gate to allow the DRIVE ON request.

Please find error file attached

Stromtrooper thanks for the alarm message. I didn't have that file and it is going to be useful for my. By the way that friend has not got any door yet as far as I know. I think he has a X30 dummy plug and he is just trying the robots movements. Here is a connection of that dummy plug, please check your connections according to my instructions and try to see that alarm again.

X30 dummy plug:

These are the jumpers for the X30 plug for the C3G PLUS

(15-16) (17-18) (46-58) (7-25-81) (47-59) (33-34) (35-36) (19-20-45) (48-50) (49-51)

You can move the robot with that connection on X30 without any input/output signal. I didn't find that easily :)=

Regards

Most of the connections seem ok but some differ from my calculation.

I make the connections as follows:

(5 - 23) (07 - 25 - 81) (14 - 19 - 20 - 32 - 45) (15 - 16) (17 - 18) (33 - 34) (35 - 36) (48 - 50) (49 - 51)

hmmm interesting. Maybe that depends on the controller type huh.

My controller works with my connections. But I've got your connnection diagram though. That is possible to find the correct connection by trying these 2 versions of X30 plug I suppose. But at first try mine because it is easier :).
