Hello,

If you can program the robot, could u share your first program?, I have a similar prob, and guess that are in the progam. Maybe it was bad programming.

In my case, I tried to move the robot in a secuence by its own, but appear a message showing "The external stop is given", and then not run. Therefore, I don't know if my program is correct, or I've wasted my time.

I'll apreciate your help.

1. it could help, if you change your Topic to something, what you want to know from the Robotforum Members 
2. the external Stop is a problem from your Signals, which means that the robot hat an emergency stop and you can not move it until you didnt solve the Problem in the wiring of your Robotsecurity. Or maybe only the Emergency Stop an you Teachpendand is pressed ?

I have 2 robots NACHI S160F, initially operative. When I tried to play it, the program wasn't run. The message showed says: "The External Stop is given", but I checked & I not found the problem. I can't activate the Start button. I've revised any manuals and now I think that the prob maybe is in the programming. Maybe I need another manual.
Therefore, I would know if anybody can help me.
If any have programed and then have run and it worked, please show me the way to give own life to my robot.
