Our Natchi has been working fine for 18 months when suddenly today it won't stop when directed to from our HMI.  Input 163 is mapped as Motor Stop and does strobe (as seen on the pendant display) when the PLC sends its signal, but the robot continues it's program.  The fact that it works correctly aside from that leads me to believe a setting has been changed by someone with fat fingers on night shift.  I'm trying to keep the post short but can supply more info if needed.  Any ideas?

Turns out it is the pause signals (162 and 173) are the ones causing the problems.  Even if i disconnect the RIO signal from the PLC those two signals stay high.  They need to go low to pause the robot but I can't get them to move.  Forcing them doesn't work either.

Check Whether 14.I/O Simulation is switched to Enabled in Teach/Playback Condition.

It should be in Disabled Condition
