i work in Germany and sometimes in Austria, Spain or Italy with this little fine Robots from Mitsubishi.

My experience with this robot is very good.

Very credible robots with the best Price / Performance ratio in the Robot Market < 10 KG.

What do you think about this Robots ?
Any experience ?

Hi,  icon_smile

we are using RV-2AJ in educational process - some problems obtaining the exchange battery set for this robot, so  the day begins with origin setting , also not so easy for the novice user to resolve the problem having only the error code and short explanation of the error.  I am not classifying the robot as not good, but more practical info from the users who are working with this robot for a rather long time is highly appreciated.

Thank you. aktion066

they are very fast and are very accurate and the price is ideal. but the programming from that small white teach pendant is terrible. if you have cosirop and you program from the pc it is ok.

I've used a lot of the misty bot in a industrial environment and they hold up very well. One of the oldest has been in action for 16 hours a day for the last 11 year. The only thing that has been replaced was one of the servo motors because the brake had worn out.

The RVx-S series robots are nice to use. So far I use

RV-3S's for assembly processes.
RV-6SL for a de-mould application (EuroMap 67)
RV12SL for handling floor tiles (10kg) and handling 3M Steel bar.

if you want to see the movies have a look here, http://www.industrial-robotics.co.uk/movies.htm

Currently I'm working on using a 3S for a de-mould application.
