CR1 Controller....fail

Hi,
I have a small problem, the batteries in the controller is dead.
The system has been taken out of the production line, and hasten
bin used for some years now.
Now I’m trying to start it up again but the controller doesn't now
where or watt it is. I´ll need a manual on how to make a factory
setup, width the robot type, language, IO´s etc.
Hope you any of you can help me.
