hi
i'm developping an application based on vision sensor to control a Mitsubishi Melfa rv1a autonomesly,
To apply that i have to create a personal windows application using C++,
i've searched on the net but couldn't find any until a found that i can use an activex called "MelfaRXM.ocx" to communicate with the robot,
I don't have this activex with the robot software,
If any  one has already used it, an advise will be appereciated,
So if necessary i'll contact our manifactor to obtain it
If there's an other way to control the robot using c++ or other personal application?

thank you for your help

Greetings

Finally we are able to control on line our Melfa Rv1a robot

the idea is to use serial connexion RS232 between pc and control box

just make sure to set all parameters as mentionned in the specification manual

using MOVEMASTER command ( make sure to change langage parameter on the controller RLNG)

send a line (example "MJ +10.00,0,0,0,0,0")

and it must be followed by CR code to valid the line

that worked just well for us

have nice day
