I wanted to upload a tool I made, but it seems that I cant, so I just give the link to the german robot forum, where you can download the file:
http://www.roboterforum.de/roboter-forum/index.php?topic=1519.msg3645#msg3645

After a while of trying to get the KUKA-system to reverse one of my files with teached in Points and some open gripper commands, I made myself an own tool.

It does reverse everything between the DEF and the END line, but does not reverse the lines inside the ;fold-;endfold range.

Usage:
  • Teach in a SRC to GET a tool
  • use dublicate funktion in kuka-explorer for the SRC and DAT file
  • Start my tool
  • choose the src file to reverse
  • hit "save and quit" if you want to
  • open the src file in the krc editor again and hit space once, to make the system recognize your change
  • Test the new file slowly...

I can't be responsoble for any kind of damage you create while using the tool. Just be careful and blame somebody else (so neither you or me).

The program is written in LabView so you need the runtime engine
ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/runtime/windows/7.1/
to run the exe file.

Tell bugs or wishes for funktionality in this board, I will read it.
If you want to have the sources, just ask me.

Be careful with the resulting list of points, in KRL the target point defines the kind of movement, the speed and so on of a movement. In the reversed SRC file the former target point is the starting point. So, if you switched between LIN and PTP moving commands while teaching, you might have to change some of them. Not the Points, only the kind of movement (PTP LIN and speed, maybe tool and base too).
The program can't do this for you, may be there is a simple solution, I'm still thinking of this...

yeah, that would be perfect !

It is always a lot of work to change the direction fro PTP to LIN or reverse.
