IRB 2400 ERROR 37001--------- Contactor activate problem

sir,
    I have a problem in robot  IRB 2400 S4 Display is showing this message--------

Motor on contractor did not activate /energize or KM3 supervisory contractor is not activated/ energized or motor on signal is not distributed through auxiliary contact.

                  what should I do please send solution as soon as possible.

Check that KM1 and KM2 are pulling in when the dead mans handle is pressed - if they are then check the auxiliary contacts on KM1, KM2 and KM3 on the power unit (circuit drawing for the M94a labelled power unit).
There is a signal 'MON' that goes back to the system board - that is the signal that is missing.
