hi guys.
i'm new here n a beginner in kuka robot programming. actually i'm having a problem with the archiving the program into the thumb drive. i already enable the port but when i plug in the thumb drive,the controller did not detect it. can u guys please help me.

Hi,
wich controler version you have?
Try with a controler restart, sometimes it works better after this one. The next is maybe check the boot setup and look about the usb-setup. Maybe you kann check with the KRC-Configurator which is the Achriv-directory.

already did the restart part..but still having the same prob.can u please tell me how to config the usb port on the controller?by the way,im using krc2 controller for kr16.

when the robot boots, press F2 to go into the BIOS

search around "i think to advanced" and enable usb

when you boot with the usb in, it should show up..

If you Hotplug the thumbdrive while the software is running, I have found that if you switch usermodes, it rescans the drives and displays them..
