Urgent: Blocked Robot KUKA KRC1

Hello,

I have a problem with a robot KUKA KRC1 that remains blocked the system working in automatically. I have changed the operating system to the version v.4.1.4, also we have changed hard disk and motherboard, increased the RAM to 196 Mb. There has changed the card of relays of operation and the card PMI. The robot continues from 1 to 2 times being blocked a week. In log of fails when the robot is blocked mistake does not appear nothing. Someone knows some possible solution to this fail.

Hi Alberto.
I was thinking about Your problem. I've had very similar problem with krc1. For the first I check the safety system (as You know there are a many problems with operators who don't close doors, acknowleadge a messages etc.) then I usually open RDW file to read the signals from robot's encoders. This application you can find in CONFIG then SERVIS then RDW. MEanwhile I look at ESC card ( is a safety ok, relays - leds.). Then ( maybe for the first) I check visually cables cabinet-robot (junction, cables). Robot blocked? What do You mean by call BLOCKED ?

Maybe You are just in manual mode??? Maybe problem is not in hardware ( damage) but in operation on pendant ??
Answer me,  are You able to operate pendant from krc??

Meaybe I wrong bat to KR C1 software version is V 2.2.8 .
Version V 4.1.4 is to KR C1 GM.
I work to both version of cabinet if is posible to put V4.1.4 to KR C1 please tell me.
