Welcome profs :)
For a some time im looking for documentation about special build-in 4 inputs very quickly (125microS) in vw system known as X 921 (I can be wrong) and commonly widely known as X11 - meas_pulse(1..4). I'm using a vw version of kuka cabinet so this plug-ins is know as (commonly X11). I'm looking for documentation about X11, which signals are those quick inputs.
With greets.

Hmm... never used them myself, but IIRC these are special inputs directly on the MFC card.  The inputs are always there, but not the wiring between the MFC and the X11 plug, unless you buy that option.  These inputs were used as a standard element of KUKA ARCTECH welding setups.
Unffortunately, my docs on this option are essentially nonexistent.  There's an implication that later models of the KRC2 use MFC cards that don't have these signals available anymore, but I can't say for certain.

Fast measurement signals are in robots ass. Check that black box behind the robot, use screwdriver to open that box from right side. You will see electrical board with fast measurement connector. Documentation of Conveyertech (addon) in robot cd has good info about hardware and wiring of $meas_pulse

On KRC2: inputs are on RDW card. Also the intern voltage is there.
1. The proper way to use it is to ask Kuka to install the connector to the RDW card. They place a connector to RDW and a short cable that goes outside the black box housing for the RDW. Thay will install the X11 connector there, that is described in the docu (as the people here already said). The problem is, that you can not find the appropriete assignment between X11 placed on housing and the connector X11 directly on RDW.
2. The unproper way (you can loose the warranty, if you brake the seal o the RDW box and dammage the card if you do not connect properly) is:
  - the connector placed directly on RDW: 7pin connector right below the blue relay
  - if you look on the side of electronic components and the connector is below blue relay:
     pins: Left 1-0V, 2-24V, 3-IN5, 4-IN4, 5-IN3, 6-IN2, 7-IN1
  - the Voltage is internall -> "its a source"
  - connector that can be used you can find on:
http://www.gme.cz/cz/index.php?page=product&detail=800-089
  - connector is not the right one, but can be used.
