KUKA and Fronius

    I using 7 robots to paletaizing 5 with KR C32 ant 2 With KR C1 ,Now have 2 robots to welding with KR C1 GM.
I now to programing motion bat my problem is orientation to gun arond to circular movment.
Soory my englese is no so good.For the most part auxiliari point.In auxiliar point to define circle ,orientation is no good.

I using fronius TPS5000 with device net and KUKA Arctech A20. I Already modify the io.sys, $config and A20.dat and the variables A10 options to #disable A20 to true and ...Path[] to "r1/A20" and still returning the message "TPA20 Nr0 weld instalation not ready to work, or something that.

If somebody have more information, manuals, tutorials, links..please, I will waiting..

i have a tps5000 hooked up with device net to krc2.  but i don't use kuka software or a kuka teach pendant so i don't know how much help i can be.

however, i do have problems once in a while which requires me to swap out the devicenet terminals.  when i do that it works for several months and then it messes up and i swap the old ones back in and it works again for several months.    

i'm not sure why.  i ruled out loose connections.  i think that it gets an over current or something.  the enviroment is fairly clean.

This is to TPS4000 bat I thing is the same to TPS5000.

Can anyone hellp me  to configue a KUKA KRC1 with a Fronius TPS 450?


Devicenet is Lutze:
Board configuration is:
1  Input
2  Output
3  Input
4  Anolog Output
I need corect configuration to IOSYS.ini file.
MAC ID is 5.
