I have a cell setup with a KR100-2P with safemove, but we're using the robot in a lab so we tend to power it down at the end of the day, is there anyway to set safemove so that it doesn't request a brake test or a masting test every time the controller boots up ?

Yes by setting 'SafeRobot Disabled' to TRUE in the parameter tool
