Hello everybody
Sorry for my English. I have  a problem with start robot. When i turned on my maschine  Windows is OK but when i see KUKA Cross 3 and  Loading Picture system stopped. When i open electric box i see everywhere pulse red light.
I try disconnect cable  (axis) (DSP).
And system is ok but
i have eroor:  105 Transmission error DSE - RDW
Probably i have damaged PCB  in robot(DSP).
I have 6 robot in factory. All robot is the same. But this PCB in this robot is other.
This is robot with my PCB(first picture).
The rest robots have (second picture).
Maybe Is possible to replace this PCB from good robot to damage robot and try Is OK?

Hello!
Did you check the cable that connects RDW to controller and the plugs??
I had that problem in a KRC1 and one of the connectors was jammed.

1:  what model controller?
2:  what model robot?
3:  what version of KSS on the controller?
4:  your descriptions are inconsistent.  First you describe the robot as stopping with the Loading Picture, but then you describe the robot as giving you error messages.
5:  NEVER disconnect the resolver cable (DSE/RDC cable) when the robot has power on.  Error 105 is a natural occurence when you do this.
6:  If you did not have Error 105 until after you removed the DSE/RDC cable, then the ends of the cable may have been damaged.  Examine the pins in the cable and socket to see if any are at the wrong height.  The only pin that should be any longer than the others is the ground pin, which is thicker.
7:  Swapping RDC boards between compatible robots is generally feasible, but there are different generations of RDC board that are not cross-compatible.  From the photographs, I'm not sure, but I suspect you may have incompatible versions.
