Deal all,

I have met a alarm #1034 error in writing, drive DN2DRV in KCP panel, I just only know this is means the Devicenet module can not communicate with MFC3, but the light as Run, connect, I/O is green(means ok) for Devicenet module, so where the fault?  Is it MFC3 damaged or Devicenet config file lost?
Who can tell me? Thank you very much!

This fault appear after the system power off, because the KCP was damaged so that robot shutdown, so we power off the machine, but the fault appeared after power on...

Usually this errore appears when there is an hardware problem or a software problem.
HW problem: no connection between devicenet and krc, devicenet failure (maybe an output module in this case), 24VDC supplying devicenet shut down before 24VDC of the krc.
SW problem: error in iosys.ini configuration, error in devnet.ini configuration

Since it's a Write error, most likely there's an issue with an Output setting or module.

In the LOG directory, open the text file DEVNET.LOG for more detailed error information.

Also, use the forum Search function to look for previous postings on the low-level Telnet diagnostics like 'dnShow'

Thanks,
but I already check 24VDC and Devicenet cable, and they are ok, and the output was all off in Devicenet module, and monitor I/O also can not see either input and output in KCP, but I wouder why Devicenet module
connect light was green if no communication between Devicenet and KRC?
tomorrow I want change MFC3 card if it is damaged.
Do you know how to config I/O if it is if SW problem?

Hm.  Only one I/O device, and it looks like a combined Input/Output module?  What is this device?

I would suggest trying the GetNodeInfo command under Telnet.  That should tell us what the slave device is reporting for Input and Output byte size.  Right now, it looks like you're set up for 5 bytes each.  Since there appears to be no hardware issue, the only other guess I can make is that somehow your IOSYS.INI settings are somehow incorrect.

Let's take a look at your DEVNET.INI file, and the [DEVNET] section of your IOSYS.INI.

Also, please post the exact text of the error message you are receiving.

Thanks, The alarm was closed, now the Robot is running again, I just modify the address from 5 to 8 in the Devicenet module and devnet.ini and iosys.ini, and reconfig the I/O in KCP panel, I suppose the config file was wrong after system power off...

That... is extremely strange.  As far as I can tell from your Telnet reports, you had good communication with the slave device -- you were certainly receiving input data, which means your MAC ID must have been good.  Why changing the MAC ID and reconfiguring would fix this issue is a mystery to me.  I'm very curious to know what happens the next time you reboot this controller.

I also don't know why, It is can not communicate with slave device before reconfig I/O, but after reconfig I/O, I can see output in slave device, and also can monitor I/O on KCP.
