Hi! A tensionmeter is suitable to do this job? I found that there are a lot of this device. I thought to one that works like a nusical instruments tuning. It transform the vibration of the belt into a tension measure.

I believe that the instrument that KUKA service techs use is actually a (modified?) guitar tuning device.  I've seen it used, and there are definite similarities.
Probably the problem would be calibrating an off-the-shelf device to the correct "notes" for each A5 and A6 belt.  It might be possible to do this empirically by calibrating against a "known good" set of belts.

Don't have any details, I'm afraid.  I chatted with a KUKA service person who was using one, but I didn't take detailed notes.

Device is measuring frequency in Hertz (Hz)
I think it is able to do that because belt has kevlar strings in it (same device will not work with KR5sixx Denzo arms - rubber belts)
So I think Skyfire I correct. It seems to work like guitar tunning device - measuring frequency.
