What is the error code number?

I suspect a problem with your A6 resolver cable, or possibly with your RDC or DSE board(s).

Hi,
Check motor power cable for cable breakage.
Check for continuity of cables.
Check voltage of motor cables
Check KPS-600 power module
Check DSE
Contact bouncing/loose connections.
Check PINS of motor connector, maybe they are bend/damaged.

Hi Prabu,
I am agree with "Optimus_prime"
Recentaly i recorded same fault in the kuka robot and found the reason.
problem occured due to the cable bend and it was rubbing from the structure.
you can also check the Axes#6 power & encoder cable.
regards,
Amar
