Its 00-112-314, check if it is compatible for KRC1 Firmware. You need additional hardware also.
Arc Sense is a feature of ArcTech Analog.

Hi again I have read in document "arcsense_r10_en.pdf" that arcsense is the part of arctech-analog but in documentation for arctech_analog I didn't found any extra detail about hardware. I have found  only that it is needed welding source with voltage reference.  In mentioned pdf Is small schema (look in attachment). Could someone picture me what I really need to use arcsense. ?

Item 6 is the shunt (heavy resistor) that allows the controller measure  from. You can purchase from kuka (or find the equal from 3rd party)and a 2 wire cable back to the board. Made my own cable....The board, shunt, and cable.....a little work installing the shunt inline of the ground then your in business

Specs on the shunt something like this

for up to 600 A  welding à 60 mV / 600 A shunt (Resistance 0.1 mΩ ; ~100 W power dissipation)
for 600A up to 1000A welding à 60 mV / 1000 A shunt (Resistance 0.06 mΩ ; ~100 W power dissipation)

In that case it looks not so difficult to start.
So, does the input potential measured on shunt need to be in tolerance 0-60mv ?.
In documentation is also written that could be used the hallefect sensor instead shunt. So if I use that sensor I can avoid problem with temperature dispersal.

Ok anyway first I try to get the PCI board. Could some one confirm what wrote optimus_prime about part number ?. I working with KRC1 KUKA.
