I'm not familiar with the AD controller, but if try pressing the Next key. The robot might move to it's next step. If it does, you have taken it out of continuous repeat mode and put it into single step repeat mode.

aslack is probably right but also check to make sure it is not waiting for a signal, whether intentional or accidental

I agree, you either have an external HOLD condition (which you can verify by looking at the top of the status screen) or you have an external wait condition (waiting on a specific signal that is included in the program step). My suggestion would be to look at the program step that the robot is stopped on (using the Program display screen) and see if it has any of these conditions if so you can monitor the I/O screen to see if you are getting your wait condition. If you have a "Wait Override" push button on your controller (This is sometimes a green button located under a small cover on the front of some controllers where you hook up a data / programming cable) you could also press it but ONLY if you are sure that the robot and all personell around it are in a safe position. If that does not work then just try to check step your program in Teach mode and see if you can check step through the problem area. Good Luck. Also as aslack said, If you do have the system switch STP_ONCE on then you will have to press the step forward key to progress through you program, so make sure this system switch is off if your controller has it. GOOD LUCK and let us know what you find.
