Hi everybody,

How can I load settings of an AD controller from the begining? I have turned on a robot with AD controller after ages and I think I should set all the parameters. Also please notice that the controller haven't the optional keyboard.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

There are a couple of different ways to load settings. If you have an all data save on disk, this would be the best. If you don't have a save, then there should be a data sheet with all the settings somewhere in the controller, and settings put in one by one using the S.O.P. on top of the controller, navigating through the individual settings. If you don't have either, then you will have to contact kawasaki and hope they have a data sheet that matches your robot/controller/application or give each of the settings your best guess.

Thank you Roboperson for your great guidance.
I should check the controller again but I have a general question, is it possible to adjust the controller settings when you haven't the AD controller optional keyboard?

yes. All settings can be set from the S.O.P. on top of the controller. Once you get all the errors worked out, and can actually boot up the controller properly, you will see.
If you look at the S.O.P., there is an AUX button that takes you to the Aux functions, and a Data button  taking you to the data set functions. The option keyboard is used primarily for AS commands and programming. If you are teaching everything in block step, you really don't need the keyboard.
